About the website

ERANCHIEF.COM is operated by ERANYCHIEF, business registration number 025334459, Tel Aviv, Israel (“CHIEF”, “we”, “us”). The website presents and sells photographic artworks by CHIEF.

Artwork and editions

Artworks are sold in the edition, size, material and finish stated on the artwork page or order confirmation. Limited-edition works are signed and numbered and supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity. Screen colours and proportions may differ slightly from the physical print within normal professional printing tolerances.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order does not by itself guarantee acceptance. An order becomes binding after payment approval and an order confirmation. We may contact the customer if production, edition availability, shipping or payment details require clarification. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed and any amount paid for it will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown. Shipping, packing, insurance, customs duties, import taxes and destination charges are included only when expressly stated. Payment is made through the secure payment window of Grow, presented at checkout, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and other cards, excluding American Express at this time), Bit, PayBox or bank transfer, as offered in that window; CHIEF does not store complete payment-card details.

Made-to-order production

Artworks are produced to order according to the selected size, material and finish. Production starts after payment approval and confirmation of required details. Production and delivery periods are estimates and may be affected by the print studio, material availability, holidays, customs or carriers.

Cancellation within 48 hours

Each artwork is printed, numbered and signed specially for its buyer after the order. An order may be cancelled free of charge, with a full refund, within 48 hours of payment approval, provided printing has not yet started. Where the law grants a statutory right to cancel a distance sale, cancellation will be handled under the Consumer Protection Law, including a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or ILS 100, whichever is lower, and a refund within 14 days of the cancellation notice. Order confirmation

After payment, an order confirmation is displayed with the order details, and a payment receipt is sent by email by the payment provider. CHIEF will contact the buyer to confirm production and delivery.

Cancellations, returns and damage

Cancellation and return rights are handled under applicable law and our Shipping, Cancellations and Returns Policy. Because artworks are made to selected specifications, cancellation or return rights may be restricted once customised production begins, to the extent permitted by law. This does not limit rights concerning defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

VAT and prices

ERANYCHIEF is a VAT-exempt dealer (osek patur). Prices shown are final and no VAT is added. If a price is displayed in error, or if a numbered edition sells out before an order is confirmed, CHIEF may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.

Discount codes

One code per order. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn by CHIEF at any time; a code already applied to a paid order remains valid for that order.

Delivery

Artworks ordered for delivery in Israel are produced and delivered within up to 14 business days from payment approval (Paper Edition prints: up to 10 business days), by courier to the address provided at checkout. Shipping in Israel is free for Alucobond and Perspex works; canvas works ship for ILS 69 and Paper Edition prints for ILS 39 per order. International orders ship by air courier at a flat fee per artwork according to size (up to 80 cm: ILS 1,500; up to 110 cm: ILS 2,100; larger: ILS 4,900); Paper Edition prints ship within Israel only. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment. Customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are paid by the customer. An estimated international delivery time is sent with the order confirmation. Delays caused by the print studio, holidays, customs or carriers will be reported to the customer with an updated estimate.

Eligibility

Purchases on the website may be made only by persons aged 18 or older who are authorised to use the payment card or payment method they provide.

Limitation of liability

CHIEF and its representatives are not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from use of the website or of artworks purchased through it, except for damage caused by CHIEF's negligence or where liability applies under law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property

All photographs, text, branding, design and content are protected by intellectual-property laws. A purchase transfers ownership of the physical print only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with CHIEF unless agreed otherwise in writing. Content may not be copied, reproduced, commercially used or used to train a model without written permission.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, subject to mandatory consumer rights. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have jurisdiction.
