ERANCHIEF.COM is operated by ERANYCHIEF, business registration number 025334459, Tel Aviv, Israel (“CHIEF”, “we”, “us”). The website presents and sells photographic artworks by Eran Yerushalmi (CHIEF).

Artwork and editions

Artworks are sold in the edition, size, material and finish stated on the artwork page or order confirmation. Limited-edition works are signed and numbered and supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity. Screen colours and proportions may differ slightly from the physical print within normal professional printing tolerances.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order does not by itself guarantee acceptance. An order becomes binding after payment approval and an order confirmation. We may contact the customer if production, edition availability, shipping or payment details require clarification. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed and any amount paid for it will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown. Shipping, packing, insurance, customs duties, import taxes and destination charges are included only when expressly stated. Payment is handled by the provider presented at checkout; CHIEF does not store complete payment-card details.

Made-to-order production

Artworks are produced to order according to the selected size, material and finish. Production starts after payment approval and confirmation of required details. Production and delivery periods are estimates and may be affected by the print studio, material availability, holidays, customs or carriers.

Cancellations, returns and damage

Cancellation and return rights are handled under applicable law and our Shipping, Cancellations and Returns Policy. Because artworks are made to selected specifications, cancellation or return rights may be restricted once customised production begins, to the extent permitted by law. This does not limit rights concerning defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

Intellectual property

All photographs, text, branding, design and content are protected by intellectual-property laws. A purchase transfers ownership of the physical print only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with Eran Yerushalmi unless agreed otherwise in writing. Content may not be copied, reproduced, commercially used or used to train a model without written permission.
