Shipping, Cancellations and Returns

Production

All artworks are produced to order. Their material, finish, size and edition are shown on the artwork page and order confirmation. A specific estimate supplied at checkout or in the confirmation takes precedence over general website information.

Shipping

Shipping within Israel is free for Alucobond and Perspex works. Canvas works ship for ILS 69 and Paper Edition prints for ILS 39 per order. International orders ship by air courier at a flat fee per artwork according to size: up to 80 cm ILS 1,500, up to 110 cm ILS 2,100, larger ILS 4,900. Paper Edition prints ship within Israel only. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment. For international delivery, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges and local fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the confirmation states otherwise.

Delivery estimates

Orders delivered in Israel are produced and delivered within up to 14 business days from payment approval; Paper Edition prints within up to 10 business days. Production and delivery periods are estimates, not guaranteed dates. We will notify the customer of a material delay known to us and provide an updated estimate where possible.

Cancellations and change of mind

An order may be cancelled free of charge, with a full refund, within 48 hours of payment approval if printing has not started; see the Terms of Purchase for statutory cancellation rights. Once customised production has begun, a non-defective artwork cannot be cancelled or returned because of a change of mind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If an artwork arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly, keep all packaging and send clear photographs of the artwork, all sides of the package and the shipping label. After review, we will provide return or replacement arrangements as appropriate to the case and applicable law, or another remedy required by law. Contact us and obtain written instructions before sending anything back.

Approved returns

Do not return an artwork before receiving written instructions. A returned work must be protected and packed as instructed. Responsibility for return shipping and insurance is determined according to the reason for return and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies under applicable law.
