Production

Each artwork is produced to order. Its material, finish, size and edition are shown on the artwork page and order confirmation. A specific estimate supplied at checkout or in the confirmation takes precedence over general website information.

Shipping

Shipping and packing are calculated according to destination, size, material and finish. For international delivery, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges and local fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the confirmation states otherwise.

Delivery estimates

Production and delivery periods are estimates, not guaranteed dates. We will notify the customer of a material delay known to us and provide an updated estimate where possible.

Cancellations

Contact eranychief@gmail.com or +972-50-712-3109 promptly with the order number. Requests are handled according to applicable law. Because artworks are manufactured to selected specifications, cancellation may be unavailable once customised production begins, to the extent permitted by law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

Contact us promptly, keep all packaging and send clear photographs of the artwork, all sides of the package and the shipping label. After review, we will arrange the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, refund or another agreed solution.

Approved returns

Do not return an artwork before receiving written instructions. A returned work must be protected and packed as instructed. Responsibility for return shipping and insurance is determined according to the reason for return and applicable law.
