Who is responsible

The database owner is ERANYCHIEF (Eran Yerushalmi), business no. 025334459, 5 Wilson Street, Tel Aviv 6522012, Israel. You are not legally required to provide personal information, but an order cannot be processed without the details needed for payment and delivery.

Information we collect

We may collect information provided when a person contacts us, requests information or places an order, including name, contact, billing and delivery details, selected artwork and correspondence. The website and its providers may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data, cookies and usage data.

Collector Stories

If you share a customer story, we store your first name, email, city, artwork, message, optional photograph and publication choice so CHIEF can review it. Your email is kept private. Your story and photograph are displayed publicly only if you consent and CHIEF approves the submission. Technical identifiers are used to limit spam. Contact us to request removal.

How information is used

Information may be used to answer enquiries; process, produce and deliver orders; issue invoices or receipts; provide customer service; prevent fraud; maintain security; improve the website; meet legal and accounting duties; and send marketing messages only where permitted. Removal from marketing messages may be requested at any time.

Service providers

Main providers: Grow Payments (payment processing), Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Google (email) and the print studio and couriers that produce and deliver orders. Information may be shared as reasonably necessary with providers supporting hosting, payment processing, invoicing, print production, packing, shipping, analytics, security and professional services. Providers may process information in Israel or other countries under applicable obligations.

Payments and cookies

Payments are handled by the provider shown at checkout. CHIEF does not store complete card numbers or security codes. The website uses essential cookies and the Meta Pixel (by Meta Platforms), which measures visits and purchases that come from CHIEF’s ads on Facebook and Instagram and lets those ads be shown to people who visited the website. The Meta Pixel is not loaded for visitors from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. You can block it in your browser settings or limit ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as reasonably required for order administration, edition provenance, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used, although no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices
